CIRP DEVELOPMENTS STAGE-I
Pursuant to the case filed by State Bank of India against the company under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016,
the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Hyderabad, in its Order dated 26th April 2021 and CP No. CP (IB) 747/7/HDB/2019,
admitted the case and ordered the commencement of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for the company. Subsequently,
in IA 521 of 2023, the Honourable NCLT, in an order dated 26th May 2023, appointed Shri Kalvakolanu Murali Krishna Prasad as the
Resolution Professional, having registration number IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00967/2017-2018/11588.
